Our Story - US
Atelier Plage started with a place that has always felt like home to me: the French Riviera. My family has called the South of France home for over 100 years, and I grew up spending summers in Antibes, surrounded by that easy mix of beauty, simplicity, and coastal style that stays with you long after you leave.
As I got older, I kept wanting to bring a little of that feeling with me. But when I looked for clothing that captured the Riviera in a way that felt true to me, I kept coming up short. I wanted pieces that felt elevated but relaxed, high quality but not overly precious, and made in a more sustainable way.
That’s really where Atelier Plage began — with the idea that there was room for something more thoughtful. I wanted to create clothing inspired by the South of France, but designed for real life: timeless, easy to wear, and made with care.
Sustainability has always been part of that vision. I didn’t want to add to the cycle of fast fashion, so every decision we make is grounded in creating pieces that last and feel good to wear again and again.
Atelier Plage is my way of sharing a little piece of the Riviera with others — through clothing that feels effortless, intentional, and rooted in a more conscious way of dressing.
